Application Steps

    Browse our rental listings and find the home you want to apply for.
  2. Submit Your Application
    Each applicant age 18 or older completes their own form. The online process lets you upload required documents securely.
  3. Screening & Review
    We review applications as they come in and communicate with you about next steps.
  4. Approval & Move-In
    Once approved, we’ll walk you through signing the lease and preparing for move-in — including rent details, key pickup, and utility setup.
