OB Property Management was built on trust, shared values, and a belief that property management should feel straightforward, transparent, and personal.
The Brauns and the O’Rourkes are long-time friends whose skill sets naturally complement one another. With backgrounds spanning property investment, operations, marketing, communication, and hands-on maintenance, we recognized an opportunity to build a property management company that addressed the most common frustrations property owners experience—poor communication, lack of transparency, and feeling disconnected from their investment.
Together, we partnered to create OB Property Management with a clear purpose: to provide residential investors with reliable, professional management while maintaining the responsiveness and care of a local, owner-focused team.
We combine modern management systems with clear communication and thoughtful oversight so owners feel informed and confident—without needing to be involved in day-to-day details.
We are proud to call Bend home. Each of us lives and works here with our families, and between us, we have raised seven children who now span from high school to young adulthood and beyond. Our deep roots in the community shape how we operate—prioritizing long-term relationships, respect for tenants, and responsible stewardship of the properties entrusted to us.

He is especially focused on operational efficiency, maintenance oversight, and clear communication—so property owners can feel confident their investments are being managed with care and intention.

Rachel O'Rourke
Rachel O’Rourke is a co-owner and managing member of OB Property Management, bringing a strong background in operations, communication, and efficient systems to the company. As a long-time renter, Rachel offers a valuable perspective on what effective property management looks like from the resident side—clear expectations, timely communication, and respectful, professional interactions. She focuses on building transparent processes and proactive communication that support strong tenant relationships while protecting owner interests, helping properties run smoothly and perform over the long term.

With a background in property investment and customer-facing roles, Erin brings a practical understanding of owner needs and the importance of clear, timely communication. Quinn O'Rourke
Quinn O’Rourke is the Lead Handyman at OB Property Management, responsible for handling day-to-day repairs and preventative maintenance across the properties we manage. As the primary on-site maintenance professional, Quinn focuses on addressing issues quickly, completing quality work, and helping prevent small problems from becoming costly repairs. His hands-on approach and reliable follow-through support strong tenant relationships and long-term asset care, giving property owners confidence that maintenance is handled promptly and responsibly.
